The learned counsel for the plaintiff has stated no objection for allowing A. No.687 of 2024 filed by the applicants / defendants seeking to set aside the exparte order dated 05.10.2023.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the defendants. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the exparte order dated 05.10.2023 passed by this Court is hereby set aside.

3. Registry is directed to verify whether the written statement has been filed by the defendants on time and submit a report.

4. Post the matter on 01.03.2024.
