[ Respondents] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 01.03.2017 and thereby direct the respondent to measure the petitioners property situated in Survey No.189 Patta No.223 as per patta New Survey No.189/3 Plot No.13A Mallika Nagar Mangadu Village (Sriperumbudur Taluk) Presently Pallavaram Taluk Kanchipuram District totally to an extent of 1218 Sq.ft of vacant land and erect milestones in the same.

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 01.03.2017, thereby directing the respondents to measure her property situated in Survey No.189, Patta No.223, as per patta New Survey No.189/3, Plot No.13A, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Mallika Nagar, Mangadu Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, presently Pallavaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, measuring an extent of 1218 Sq.ft of vacant land and erect boundary stones in the land.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2017, the respondents have not measured the property till this date.
5. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and measure the property in accordance with law, within a time frame.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2017 and measure the petitioner's property in accordance with law and fix the boundary stones, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
