The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2022 and to survey and fix the boundary of the petitioner's land at Survey No.5B1, 66/2A, 198 and 356/1 measuring an extent of 7 Acres 1/4

038 cents in Vilakuruchchi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk,

In respect of land at Survey Nos.5B1, 66/2A, 198 and 356/1 situated at Vilakuruchchi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District, the petitioner had given an application on 13.12.2022 and paid the necessary fee to that effect to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries. In order to consider the said representation and to do the needful, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.G.Saravanabhavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that, the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and needful would be undertaken by completing the survey within a time frame.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13.12.2022 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
