This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the written statement of the 5th respondent. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that suit summons was served on 18.10.2023, but there was an order of injunction and subsequently, an application had been taken out to punish the applicant for alleged violation of orders of injunction. It is stated that in the midst of all these, the necessity to file written statement was forgotten and the written statement was not filed.
