ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the respondent or his subordinates from interfering with the hoardings erected by the petitioner from Km.13/5 to Km. 19/6 in NH 45.

2.It is represented by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent that the hoardings were already removed.
