PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Resolution in 45/2010, dated 28-01-2010 passed by the 1st respondent approving the Chennai Corporation Subordinate Services by-laws 2009 and quash the same insofar as the integration of the posts of Assessors with Superintendent are concerned and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to draw the panel for promotion to the post of Assessors as per the recommendations received by the Heads of Department coming under the control of the Respondent and promote the petitioners to the post of Assessors as per the Madras Corporation Subordinate Services 1981 by-laws.
