This petition has been filed to relax the condition order dated 09.01.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.28224 of 2023 directing the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police every daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
