The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.04.2016 for the alleged offence punishable u/s. 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 392 r/w.397 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.400/2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

The learned Additional Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act XIV of 1982.
