This Contempt Petition filed alleging the order of this Court dated 06.03.2023 directing the respondent to file Final Report within three months not complied.
2. After receipt of the notice in the Contempt Petition, the respondent has filed referred charge sheet on 07.08.2024 and an affidavit is filed to that effect. In the affidavit, the reason for the delay has also been explained. Accepting the explanation, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
