This Writ Petition has been listed today at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner under the caption 'For being mentioned'.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Writ Petition has been allowed and it has been wrongly typed that the Writ Petition is dismissed.

3. In view of the above submissions, instead of the nineth para of the Order passed in W.P.No.5739 of 2010, dated 10.10.2023, the same shall be read as follows :

"9. In such view of the matter, merely based on the apprehension, petitioner's business cannot be shifted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs."

4. The registry is directed carry out the above correction and issues fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
