O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.193 of 2017 in O.S.No.83 of 2017 dated 11.05.2017 on the file of Vacation Judge, Tiruvallur.

2. The revision petitioner filed a suit for permanent injunction and sought for interim injunction in I.A.No.193 of 2017. After considering the materials produced before the Court, the learned Judge, has ordered notice to the respondents. Aggrieved over the order not granting interim injunction, the revision petitioner has preferred the above Civil Revision Petition.

3. This Court has granted interim injunction while ordering notice to the respondents, on 25.05.2017. Thereafter, the respondents have entered appearance and filed documents showing their title.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are prepared to the get along with the suit itself, if a time limit is fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the request made, a direction is issued to the concerned Court dealing with the case in O.S.No.83 of 2017, to dispose of the suit itself, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, status-quo prevailing as on today shall be maintained by both the parties.

6. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
