This Writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2011 to hold judicial enquiry into the Police torture, shooting, illegal arrest, foisting of false case and harassing the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

family members under Sec.152 of PSO to secure the ends of justice.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
