This petition has been filed to transfer the Maintenance Case No.09 of 2017 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District to the Family Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main case itself dismissed and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
