ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in G.O.(D) No.198 dated 29.5.2015 and G.O.(D) No.200 dated 29.5.2015 and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent in CD2/38233/2014 dated 4.8.2015, quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that all the terminal benefits due to the deceased employee was settled in favour of the legal heirs and therefore, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
