The instant writ petition is filed against the proceedings Na.Ka.No.396/VKDS/A-2/08 dated 15.07.2008 passed by District Project Manager, Vazhndhu Kaatuvom District Society, Tiruvannamalai and consequently reinstate the petitioner and direct the District Project Manager, Vazhndhu Kaatuvom District Society, Tiruvannamalai to return back petitioner's amount Rs.77,500/- which was already recovered from him illegally. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The writ petition was listed for hearing on 06.09.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 09.09.2019 under the caption "For Dismissal".
