PRAYER in W.P.No.19749 of 2015 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant permanent employment to the petitioner as Dentist under the 2nd respondent with all consequential monetary and attendant benefits by regularizing the employment

of the petitioner from the date of original appointment order dated 9.3.2010 issued by the 3rd respondent.

PRAYER in WP No. 19751 of 2015:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant permanent employment to the petitioner as Dentist under the 2nd respondent with all consequential monetary and attendant benefits by regularizing the employment of the petitioner from the date of original appointment order dated 9.3.2010 issued by the 3rd respondent.

ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permanent employment to the petitioners as Dentist under the 2nd respondent with all consequential monetary and attendant benefits by regularizing the employment of the petitioners from the date of original appointment order dated 09.03.2010.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners reported that the petitioners have been granted permanent employment as Dentists, their services have been

regularized and all outstanding amounts have been paid to them and they have no further grievance.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
