Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of petitioner's latest representation dated 06.04.2019 and to fix correct pension on par with similarly placed employees and to pay the difference of pension amount between the eligible pension and pension actually paid from the date of retirement i.e., 30.04.2017 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner who is seeking for fixation of correct pension and for payment of the difference of pension amount from the date of his retirement. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he was working in the respondent Corporation as a Conductor and he attained superannuation in the year 2017. According to the petitioner, there is an anomaly in the fixation of pay which has resulted in wrong fixation of the pension amount and according to the petitioner, similarly placed employees are receiving a higher amount than the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner made representations to the respondents on 28.07.2018 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

06.04.2019. Since the same were not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

3.Heard Mr.S.Ravi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 28.07.2018 and 06.04.2019 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondents along with the copy of the representations dated 28.07.2018 and 06.04.2019 and a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
