Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue an order of direction directing the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi to complete the trial in C.C.No.110 of 2016 within the stipulated time as that may be fixed by this court in the interest of Judicial and thus render justice.

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in CC.No.110 of 2016 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that totally 21 witnesses were examined and the case is at the stage of final arguments. The learned counsel further submitted that the case has been transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhachalam and the same is pending now at the stage of final hearing in C.C.No.53 of 2020.
3.In view of the above, there shall a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudachalam to complete the proceedings and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
