ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the restrictive clause 2(A) of the Notification No.08/2018 dated 09.04.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent inviting online applications for direct recruitment to the post of Civil Judge in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service as per the provisions prescribed under The Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service [Cadre and Recruitment] Rules, 2007 as amended.

2. On 10.08.2018 when the matter came up for admission, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was ordered to be adjourned. Today, when the matter again came up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted accordingly.
3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
