CRIME NO.143/2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance with order dated 27.05.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.9687 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9687 of 2021, dated 27.05.2021, for executing the order.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to illness, the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended only for one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
