Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against I.A.No.311 of 2017 in O.S.No.198 of 2015 dated -Nil- pending on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Poonamallee and praying for Speedy disposal of the above interim application.

ORDER
It is seen that the Advocate Commissioner who was directed to divide the properties as per the preliminary decree had been appointed a year back and to date, the Commissioner has not moved a little finger.
2.The learned II Additional District Judge, Poonamallee, is directed to ensure that the Commissioner files his report on the next hearing date, failing which a new Commissioner shall be appointed
and a warrant be reissued to the new Advocate Commissioner who shall submit a report within a period of two months from the date to issue of the warrant. In case the earlier Commissioner has submitted its report, the learned Judge shall proceed to pass order within a period of one month from the date of report submitted by the earlier Advocate Commissioner.
3.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
