This petition has been filed seeking to order substitute service of paper publication, in one issue of the Newspaper viz. "Maalai Malar" circulated in the 1st respondent residential address on 08.03.2024, in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Mr.N.Ravishankar Vallatharasu, the learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent.
