ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.08.2011 passed by the learned VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, refusing to reject the plaint in O.S.No.13897 of 2010.
2. Today, when the revision petition was taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit itself had been dismissed on 12.07.2023 for the default of the plaintiffs and thus, nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision. He has also produced a copy of the judgement dated 12.07.2023 made in O.S.No.13897 of 2010 by the learned VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 7 who was present in the court did not dispute the said factual position. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected MP is closed.
