This application has been filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.7708 of 2019, pending on the file of the VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Commercial Division of this Court for trial/disposal, which was originally filed before this Court as C.S.No.984 of 2016. However, it was transferred to the City Civil Court, Chennai, on account of change in the Pecuniary jurisdiction of this High Court and renumbered as O.S.No.7708 of 2019.

2. The Court records indicates that the defendants have been set ex-parte on the following dates:

(a) The first defendant is set ex-parte on 02.09.2021. (b) The second defendant is set ex-parte on 21.12.2022.

3. Considering the above, I do not find any reasons not to allow this application. Accordingly, this Application stands allowed and C.S.No.984 of 2016 is restored to the file of this Court. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
