Petition is filed to amend the prayer seeking to withdraw HMOP No.866 of 2024 from the file of Family Court, Salem and to transfer the same to Family Court, Tiruppur, instead of earlier prayer seeking to transfer HMOP No.866 of 2024 to Sub Court, Tiruppur.

P.B.BALAJI.,J sr respondent has no serious objection in allowing the petition as sought for by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, CMP No.2583 of 2026 is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
