This Court, earlier by its order dated 03.02.2025, appointed an Advocate Commissioner to re-possess the vehicle. But till date, the Advocate Commissioner has been unable to re-possess the vehicle since the same is not located. 2.This Court has also granted extension of time for the Advocate Commissioner to execute the warrant of commission through this Court's order dated 03.03.2025. vga 3.Since the vehicle has not been located, no useful purpose will be served if this application is allowed to be kept pending. Accordingly, this application is closed. Liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of the Advocate Commissioner, once the vehicle is located. 4.While considering the fresh application to be filed by the applicant in the near future, this Court will consider retaining the very same Commissioner appointed by this Court in this application as the applicant has already paid the Advocate Commissioner's initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/-. 15.04.2025 vga Arb.Appln.
