.. 1 to 3 Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Certiorarified Mandamus, by way of transfer of O.P.No.784 of 2003 from the file of Tamil Nadu Taxation Special Tribunal with a prayer to call for the records on the file of the first respondent herein in TNGST No.0000034/2001-2002 (Ref.A1/2709/2002) dated 31.01.2003, quash the proceedings of the first respondent herein in TNGST No.0000034/2001-2002 (Ref.A1/2709/2002), dated 31.01.2003, and direct the first respondent herein to extend interest free sales tax deferral benefit to the petitioners on all the local sales of unit I from 01.09.2001 onwards, when base production level was reached.
