Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to reconvey the mortgaged property to the petitioner in Form No.7 immediately and also return the mortgage deed duly cancelled, together with the original documents of title of the flat and other connected documents if any, to the petitioner and to impose litigation expenses, fine or penalty and exemplary costs on the second and third respondents for causing heavy financial loss and mental agony to the petitioner.
