(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition was filed seeking restraint against construction of a Community Hall. No counter-affidavit has been filed, except by the first respondent, which does not throw light on the subject matter.

2.On our query as to what is the current position, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is receiving no instructions.
