According to the petitioners, the first petitioner died on 05.01.2018 before the pronouncement of the order passed in IA.No.438 of 2017 in IA.No.506 of 2016 in OS.No.150 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Court, Tiruvallur.

2. In view of the above facts, the petitioners are permitted to approach the court below to take necessary steps to amend the cause title. The Registry is directed to return the CRP papers to the petitioners through the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Thus, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to approach this Court after amendment of the cause title. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition in CRP(NPD).No.SR18852 of 2018 is also rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs. 06.03.2018 Speaking/Non-Speaking order Index :Yes/No Internet:Yes/No lok
