Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first and second respondents relating to order issued No.19274/A1/2017 dated 28.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Inspector General of Registration as per 2013 confirmed IAS List and fix the pay for the IAS category 2013.

When this Court expressed its intention to direct the Department to initiate action against the petitioner for lying on oath by claiming herself as Senior IAS Officer, while actually she was not, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
