The Order impugned dated 29.06.2015, directing the petitioner to remove the advertisement hoardings at Krishnasamy Salai, Coimbatore, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent on instructions made a submission that the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hoardings are not available now and it had already been removed. It is further contended by the respondent that the petitioner installed the hoardings without getting permission from the competent authorities and without complying with the rules in force.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
