This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.48 of 2016 from the file of the Respondent Police to the file of the Inspector of Police, Neyveli Town Police Station under the supervision of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Neyveli to facilitate a proper investigation into the suspicious death of the petitioner's daughter Suganya Devi on 25.01.2016.
2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.48 of 2016 and a closure report as "Further action dropped" has been filed on 25.02.2017 in RCS.No.15 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhachalam.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not served any notice and she does not have a copy of the closure resport.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to serve the RCS notice in RCS.No.15 of 2017 along with the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, it is left open to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned Court and workout her remedy in accordance with law.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
