Respondents in all W.P.'s Common Prayer : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.C1-10/21851/2018 dated 02.04.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Special Officer Grade II in the pay band of Rs.9,300 - 34800 + 5100 GP with all consequential and other attendant benefits including granting of annual increment and revision of pay as per pay commission recommendation within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, these writ petitions also stand closed and shall be guided by the order passed in the aforesaid batch. Consequently, all the Writ Miscellaneous Petitions filed in these writ petitions wherein interim order has been passed also stand closed. Further, all the other Writ Miscellaneous Petitions also stand closed. No costs.
