This petition has been filed praying to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1227 of 2010, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi against the petitioner under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused who faced prosecution in C.C.No.1227 of 2010, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi, was acquitted under Judgement dated 26.03.2012.
