ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Fast Track Judge, Alandur Court to expedite the trial in C.C.No.174 of 2017 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Judge, Alandur Court, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.174 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
