Considering the request made by the petitioner and on being satisfied with the averments made in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify condition No.(ii) at paragraph No.6 of the order dated 26.11.2025 in the above revision as hereunder:

'The petitioner shall deposit the original RC Book before the Magistrate concerned.'

It is made clear that other than condition No.(ii) at paragraph No.6 of the order dated 26.11.2025 in the above revision, which has been modified as above, all other conditions shall remain unaltered. 11.02.2026 nv To
