ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to forbear the respondents and their men from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property measuring to an extent of 1 Acre 06 cents (0.43.0 Hectare) comprised in Survey No.37/2 and bearing Patta No.349 situated at Palathuvanan Village, Chinnapalampakkam Post, Cholavaram (Via) Vellore Taluk and District Pin - 632 113.

2. On 08.02.2019, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to verify any vakalat has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and if any, print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and post the matter after two weeks. Thereafter, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 22.02.2019, again there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 15.03.2019 under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner even today. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
