2.Heard Mr.Ananda Gomathy Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent.

3.The Sub-Registrar / first respondent is now required to go through the authority of this Court in W.P.No.9802 of 2020 dated 29.07.2020 (Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank Limited, rep. by its Authorised Officer Vs. The Sub Registrar, Kancheepuram) and proceed to take a call on the prayer made by the petitioner after the conclusion of the General Elections of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly-2021, after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing, and dispose of the matter through a speaking order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
