(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Ms.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator accepts notice for R1 in both the CMPs. Ms.Vishali, learned counsel accepts notice for R2 to R4 in CMP No.4131 of 2025. They have no objection to the delay being condoned.

There is no appearance for R2 to R4 in CMP No.4567 of 2025.

2. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 25 days in filing the petitions to restore CMP Nos.20803 and 20845 of 2024 is condoned and the Miscellaneous petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the CMPs, if they are otherwise in order and list the same before Court.
