This petition is filed to condone the delay of 115 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 01.11.2019 made in W.P.No.6381 of 2010.

2. Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.

3. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none appears on behalf of the second respondent/TNPSC.

4. Heard the learned Government counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the appeal along with connected W.A.No.78 of 2020.
