Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to effect the name transfer in the name of the petitioner in respect of the properties being office space No.G4 in the Ground Floor and office space No.103 in the First Floor of Capital Towers, No.180, Kodambakkam High Road, Chennai- 600 034 as sought for by the petitioner in his letter dated 18/02/2012 and accept the payment of taxes and other charges from the petitioner for the period from 28.02.2011 onwards.

ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e. on 04.03.2026, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 06.03.2026 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
