Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 352 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. not known of 2016, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 03.06.2016. 3.The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is recorded and accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed.
