This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.04.2012 made in W.P.No.29168 of 2011.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that, the order under contempt has been positively complied with by the Chief Educational Officer, Tiruvallur vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.10069/A5/2013, dated 06.11.2013.
Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
