PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to modify the condition in bail order in Crl.O.P.No.521 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 as "Principal Special Court under NDPS Act, Chennai instead of "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition in para no.5(b) imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.521 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para no.5(b) imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.521 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025.
