This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.24719 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the respondent police has filed charge sheet before the trial Court.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl. O.P. No.24719 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 is 2/4

relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
