2. Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam has disposed the I.A. No.2 of 2020 in O.S. No.151 of 2020 and CMA has also been filed by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
