O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2010.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the President of Vichoor Village in which a layout was formed in the name of Jayalakshmi Nagar and in the said layout, two plots were earmarked for public purposes and play ground for primary school children. This place was encroached by anti-social elements and in this regard the petitioner made representation dated 04.03.2010 to the respondents, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2010 and to pass appropriate orders.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2010, on merits and in accordance with law and pass 2/4

appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order to the third respondent so as to enable the third respondent to pass appropriate orders.
