Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to pay the Family Pension due to the Petitioner as disbursed by the second respondent as per Pension Payment Order (PPO) dated 13.10.2011 bearing No:1001215773 and the future pension amounts payable every month, pursuant to the death of its employee R.Matchavel.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to pay the Family Pension due to the Petitioner as disbursed by the second respondent as per Pension Payment Order (PPO) dated 13.10.2011 bearing No:1001215773 and the future pension amounts payable every month, pursuant to the death of its employee R.Matchavel. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is represented that vide order dated 26.07.2013, this Court issued direction to the respondents to pay family pension to the petitioner and pursuant to the said order, family pension is paid to the petitioner, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. The respondents are directed to pay family pension to the petitioner continuously. No costs.
