..Respondent(s) Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to survey and point out the field boundaries of the petitioner's properties comprised in S.No.15/6C 0.47.0 ares at Pullur Village, Uludurpettai Taluk, Kallakurichi District by fixing stones with police aid at the time of survey in pursuance of the petitioners application dated 23.12.2025 within a time stipulated by this court.

WP No. 3395 of 2026 Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to survey and point out the field boundaries of the petitioner's properties comprised in S.No.15/8 - 0.23.50 ares at Pullur Village,Uludurpettai Taluk,Kallakurichi District by fixing stones with police aid at the time of survey in pursuance of the petitioner's application dated 23.12.2025 within a time stipulated by this court.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioners is owned by them, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners had submitted a representation dated 23.12.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the respective prayer to these writ petitions. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent, if the aforesaid representation dated 23.12.2025 of the petitioners is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the land in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land

owners, and also to any other party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the respective prayer to these writ petitions, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If any need arises, the second respondent is permitted to submit a petition for police assistance, and upon receipt of such request, the third respondent shall render necessary police assistance for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject property.
